What if you don't have what I want on the lot?+
Then I keep looking. Our inventory changes constantly and I can search beyond what's showing online, so tell me the trim and options you want and I'll work on finding it.
Do the factory offers I see advertised apply to me?+
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Buick and GMC offers are time-limited, tied to specific models, and usually depend on how you qualify. Tell me which vehicle you're interested in and I'll check what's actually available on it right now.
Can we talk about financing or my trade before I come in?+
Absolutely. Share the basics and I'll tell you exactly what information helps me prepare useful numbers, so there aren't any surprises when you get here.
Will you buy my car if I'm not buying one from you?+
Yes. We appraise and purchase vehicles through Crain Buys Cars, so you can get a number on yours either way.
Do I need an appointment?+
Not always, but setting a time helps me have the right vehicle pulled up front and the details ready before you arrive. That usually saves you an hour.
I'm driving in from out of town — is that a problem?+
Not at all. I work with buyers from Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, and all over the region. I'll get you clear answers by phone or text first so the drive over is worth it.
What about service after I buy?+
We have a service department right here at the dealership and you can schedule online whenever you need it.
